Medium Project (small residential scheme / multiple views):
£600–£1,000

Large Project (multi-unit / mixed-use / complex context):
£1,100–£2,000+

*Pricing depends on model availability, level of detail required, context modelling, number of views, and complexity of materials.

*Pricing depends on scene complexity, level of detail, required revisions and intended usage.

A detailed brief and reference images is required to create any illustrative work.

Pricing and Fees

Visualisation and graphic support is charged at £25 per hour, with scope and estimated hours confirmed before work begins. The above Guide Prices are based upon this hourly rate, and they typical time taken to create this work.

If a project is completed in fewer hours than estimated, you will only be invoiced for the time used. Should additional time be required due to changes in scope or revisions beyond those agreed, this will always be discussed and approved in advance.

For larger commissions and planning packages, fixed project fees can be agreed following review of the brief.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due within 14 days of the final handover of files.

My role is to provide clear, high-quality visual communication that strengthens planning strategy, supports design intent, and elevates presentation material with confidence.
